If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and include a picture of the damaged product, along with a picture of the complete shipping label within 48 hours after receiving product.

We are unable to change or cancel orders after they have been submitted.

Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive shipping and tracking information via email.

Contact us via email with the order number on your invoice to make sure that the shipping information is correct. Once the package is shipped and you have received a tracking number the United States Postal Service is responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost you may file a claim with the United States Postal Service @ www.usps.com or call 1-800-275-8777

When ordering please refer to the size chart and select the correct size. We will not be responsible for incorrect sizes that are chosen.

If we are unable to fulfill your order because the items are out of stock we will refund the amount for the out of stock item(s).
